I thought that "Into the New World Of Librarianship" shared a lot of what librarians are thinking and talking about. In this new world of librarianship comes the greater responsibility of the librarian to get information out to patrons in an efficient and timely manner. The demand for information is ever so overwhelming. The pace keeps picking up. It is true that the variables of becoming a good librarian are many. This author touched on the many variables involved.
To me L2 is a tool of many that will help inform Librarians, Library workers, students, and the general public on the new tools in helping to access pertinent information that is needed for their researching, and searching needs. It can serve as a one stop shop for many in search of information.
