Exercise 18

I like the way you can actually have a template for just about any subject matter. It makes it easy to write resumes or apply for birth certificates. I don't use a mac but I can see other ways to use this application. It is very similar to word as I am familiar with it. It's nice to have something that I am familiar with so I don't have to learn something new if I have time constraints.
